Dr. Frank Tellez

Go Warriors!

I moved to Asheville from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I have been at Erwin since 2015. I have a Ph.D. in Language Literacy and Social Cultural Studies, I have a Master's Degree in American History, and a Bachelor's Degree with a double major in Political Science and History.

I am a product of a public school education, and attended the University of Texas in Austin, Texas and the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Teaching is on way to inform young students that events from the past directly affect our today's world, specifically them.

This semester I am teaching AP World History and Honors World History. All lessons and assignments will be on CANVAS.
