Erin Schlecht

Hello! My name is Ms. Erin and I am the part-time K-1 School Counselor at Fairview Elementary school. I graduated from Guilford College in 1996 and completed my Master's in School Counseling from WCU in 2001. I also earned a Post-Master's Certificate in School Counseling from UNCG. I have been employed with Buncombe County Schools as a School Counselor since 2011. Previously, I worked as a School Counselor in Haywood County.

I love working with young children and enjoy getting to know every student as the year progresses! My goal is for all students to be safe, happy, and successful while they are here at school.
