Choral Director
Mrs. Seal has been teaching choir, theatre, dance and private voice lessons since 2002. She is thrilled to be directing the Owen High School Choral Program and looks forward to celebrating past traditions while continuing to grow the program and develop lasting musical memories for the future.
Hailing from Massachusetts, Mrs. Seal is a proud graduate of Milford High School. She went on to attend St. Olaf College, earning bachelors degrees in vocal performance and theatre. She later studied performing arts education at The University of St. Thomas where she earned her teaching certificate.
As a professional chorister and soloist Mrs. Seal has performed with the University of St. Thomas Liturgical Choir, Tucson Symphony Chorus, University of Arizona Community Chorus, and Grammy Nominated True Concord Voices and Orchestra, along with acting as a church section leader.
I am passionate about making the performing arts accessible to students of all ability levels and backgrounds through collaborative lessons and performing opportunities that enhance academic, social and personal experiences. I primarily use Google Classroom and email to communicate with students and families.
