Chris Kirby

Hello Cane Creek families!  My name is Chris Kirby and I have been a school counselor at Cane Creek since 2018.  This is a fantastic school and I hope your student will love coming to Cane Creek as much as our teachers and staff love being here.  I grew up in McDowell County which is about 30 miles from here, and I have been coming to Asheville all my life.  I am a proud product of the North Carolina public school system and it is my goal to meet every student where they are, regardless of situation.  As with all public schools, everyone is welcome at Cane Creek!  I love hearing from parents and outside stakeholders, so please reach out to me to let me know if there is any way that I can help you or your student!
