I am the Senior Army Instructor at CA Erwin High School. I started my teaching career in 2005 at Chester High School in SC. I taught as the Army Instructor at Freedom and Patton High Schools in Morganton, NC for a year. I have been teaching at CA Erwin High School since the Fall of 2009. Currently I teach LET levels I-IV Honors.
I served 20 years on active duty both as an Enlisted Sergeant First Class (SFC) soldier and Chief Warrant Officer Three (CW3). During my time in the military and as a teacher, I served in various leadership roles and was recognized for my performance of duty while deployed, in garrison, and in the classroom.
I started my college journey at Rancho Santiago Community College in Santa Ana, CA. I continued my education and earned a Baccalaureate of Arts in Business Administration from Methodist College in Fayetteville, NC.
