Teacher Bio:

I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Go Spartans! I have a B.S. in Exercise & Sports Science, with concentrations in Physical Education (K-12) and Human Sciences, along with a minor in Coaching. I began my teaching career in 2007; 18 years later I still love teaching Physical Education & Health in Buncombe County!

I'm looking forward to the many opportunities that this school year will bring all of us, at Valley Springs Middle School!
