Mrs. Minnix - Music

Hello and Welcome!

I have been the music teacher here at NBES since 2010. I strive to ignite a love of music in my students through singing, dancing, instruments, performances, technology, exploring and experimenting.

Students have several opportunities to showcase their learning. Each grade level does a performace throughout the year, plus, 3rd and 4th graders may choose to participate in the NBES Chorus and/or our annual Talent Show.

I have wanted to be a music teacher since I was in the 5th grade, growing up in Pennsylvania. Music was an outlet for me and a place to fit in. It is my privilege to offer that to the students of NBES.
