Hello and welcome to Mr. Rice's website!

My name is Bill Rice and I teach Economics & Personal Finance and AP U.S. Government & Politics.

I am originally from the Chicagoland area and a graduate of Michigan State University, Go Green!

I moved to Asheville in 1996, and received my Social Studies teacher certification from UNC-Asheville.

Students have a Google Classroom site for my class that they will be given access to on the first day of school.

My office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:25-7:55. I am also available by appointment.
