Beth Love

Welcome to the House of Love! I've been teaching English at A.C. Reynolds since 2003 and in North Carolina since 1998. I teach English because I believe that reading gives us insight into the human experience, and writing encourages analytical thought, personal reflection, and open communication. In addition to being a classroom teacher, I'm proud to sponsor our school's Key Club,  a community service organization.

My husband Greg and I are both graduates of A.C. Reynolds High School and have returned to this community to teach. Greg is the band director at A.C. Reynolds Middle School, and our children are Rockets as well.

My classes use Google Classroom as our primary LMS, and students will be invited to our classroom pages on the first day of class. I encourage students and parents to use email to establish an open line of communication with me. I work with individual and small groups of students Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:30 - 8:00 and 3:00 - 3:30.
