Auditions will be held at Valley Springs Middle School on 

Thursday, October 22, 2026 from 4:30 - 7:30 pm. 

Register with your teacher by October 15th to audition. Once you are registered, 

you will receive an audition number and time so that you know when to arrive.

Students will perform the following components for two judges:

• The solo linked here for your instrument: Chorus from Judas Maccabaeus

• A short sight-reading excerpt

    * The solo does not need to be memorized and students may use their own copy of the sheet music during the audition.
