This weeks highlights 5/16 - 5/20

This week students worked on their final end of year project. These are due on May 27. We have spent time on them in class and they have the option of finishing at home! They are researching an interesting science question, creating an ABC book, or creating a science fair!

Students also learned about photosynthesis this week and looked at plant cells and stomata under the microscope. Next week, we will have two guest speakers talking about their role in the forestry industry and how the NC forests play an important role in our ecosystem!
