Ashley Dickson

Hi, there! My name is Ashley Dickson. I have been a public school teacher in North Carolina since 2002. I earned my Bachelor's in History, with a minor in Psychology, at UNC-Pembroke in 2002.

History is my passion, although I am certified in English, Language Arts, as well. I feel a very deep responsibility to tell the stories of those that have gone before.

I was voted Teacher of the month twice, in 2004 and 2010, and was voted Teacher of the Year for my school in 2008.

My classroom uses Google Classroom as a learning system, and we will do a good bit of paper and pencil work as well.
