Ms. Ashley Lindsay

Hello and Welcome!

My name is Ashley Lindsay. I am a Western North Carolina native and  graduated from Erwin High School in 2006. I studied Special Education at Mars Hill University and started my teaching career with Buncombe County Schools in 2012.

I teach students in the Occupational Course of Study Program at Erwin High. The Occupational Course of Study (OCS) is one of two courses of study a student with disabilities may complete to graduate with a high school diploma in North Carolina. The Occupational Course of Study is intended to meet the needs of a select and specified group of students with disabilities who need a modified curriculum that focuses on post-school employment and independent living.

I look forward to working with each student to help them accomplish their individual goals and learning what it means to demonstrate Warrior Pride.
