Ariel Warden

I'm excited for another wonderful year at CCMS. I love our CCMS community, and I am looking forward to what this year will bring.

I'm originally from WI. After graduating from UW-Eau Claire, I traveled and worked abroad for about three years. I moved to eastern NC in 2003 and started started teaching middle school ELA in 2004. In 2008, I moved to Asheville with my husband and dogs.

In our ELA class, I incorporate blended learning opportunities: Many activities will be on Google Classroom and on the computer, while many others will be on paper. Daily classes will involve the BCS instructional framework of reading, writing, speaking, listening, moving, and thinking.
