Abigail Lunsford

Mrs. Lunsford

Salve! I am Mrs. Abigail Lunsford. I have been the Latin teacher at Enka High School since 2021. I also sponsor the Junior Classical League at Enka, which you can read more about below. In my free time, I enjoy reading, travelling to new places, and spending time at home with my family and pets.

Latin is your student’s journey to the Roman world and Latin language. Students will develop language skills grammatically, while also gaining an appreciation for Greco-Roman mythology, literature, music, art, culture, daily life, and history. I look forward to teaching more Enka High School students about Latin and the ancient world this year.

Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. I will communicate with students using primarily Google Classroom, email, and Remind. I also send out newsletters regularly to parents. If you are not on the email list and would like to be, just let me know.
