As proficiency-based courses, a final exam is required for all BCVLP courses. All final exams must be scheduled by the student's home school during the designated exam period. All exams must be proctored by a certified staff member. Each course's final exam is password protected and a list of BCVLP passwords will be available prior to the scheduled exam. Final exams account for 20% of the student's final course average, as outlined by VirtualSC policy.
Please see the counselor's Google Drive Folder for access to BCVLP exam passwords
EOC exams will take place at the school, during the designated EOC window.

VirtualSC students must take their EOCEP exams, per the EOCEP testing guidelines, at the end of the semester in which they are scheduled to complete the course. Per State Board of Education Regulation 43-248 a final grade will not be issued to students until the state mandated final exam has been administered. Students who have not been administered an EOCEP by the conclusion of the following exam administration window will be issued a Withdrawn Incomplete (WI) for the course that has a missing exam grade. A final grade will not be issued for that course once the next exam administration window has passed.
