My name is Kelly Casey and I am so excited to begin this Kindergarten journey with your child this year! This is my 21st year as a teacher and my 18th year at WPES.  I received my Undergraduate degree and teaching certification from Fordham University and received my Graduate degree in Reading at Western Connecticut State University.  I started my teaching career in the Bronx where I taught for 3 years and I have spent the last 18 years at Bedford Central Schools.  In Bedford, I have taught 4th grade, tiered support and this is my 4th year teaching Kindergarten and where I feel like I am meant to be.  I am a twin mom to 5th graders and we love our goldendoodle Bailey.  Kindergarten is a magical year of social and academic growth and I am thrilled to be a part of it!

My name is Michele McGuinness. I have been teaching in the Bedford Central School District since 1999. Currently, I work with kindergarten and first grade students at West Patent Elementary School.  I am a mom to three children. I have a high schooler, a middle schooler and a second grader. I am looking forward to a great year of un and learning with my students!
