Elite is a 1-day-a-week introductory strength program. It builds a solid foundation for long-term athletic development. Paired with Jump Camp Jr’s speed training, Elite gives young athletes an early advantage by developing strength, coordination, and movement confidence. The program teaches proper lifting technique, builds total-body strength, power, and athletic balance, and helps athletes perform better in any sport.
Each session emphasizes proper warm-ups, cool-downs, foam rolling, flexibility importance, and correct technique ensuring safety while building strength and athletic ability. Athletes rotate through programmed stations using age-appropriate equipment including resistance bands, dumbbells, medicine balls, trainer bars, kettlebells, sleds, stretch bands, strength machines and cardio options all within our state-of-the-art fitness center.
