Kente Cloth
Kente Cloth
From the historic Ashanti Kingdom in Ghana, derives a textile cloth made of interwoven strips of silk and cotton, known as the Kente Cloth. The Kente cloth dates back to the 1700's, and was first created by tw farmers, Krugu Amoaya and Watah Kraban.
