Daily Practice Outline:
Practices should be 2 times a week for 1.5-2 hours
When kids come to esports practice they are excited and full of energy. The last thing students want to do is sit down and listen to long lectures and presentations. They want to play, socialize, and move.
Ensure you create Team Collective Norms, create procedures for material retrieval and upkeep, and have routines to create a predictable practice environment.
