2 lb wide egg noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar (optional)
1 cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
Add-ins: cooked shredded chicken, heated vegetables, cooked broccoli, cooked meat of any kind, drained packaged/canned tuna... be creative!
1 lb pasta (any kind)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 medium-sized chicken breast, diced
2 cloves garlic (1/2 Tbsp)
1 medium sized onion, optional
salt & pepper to taste
2 cans pasta sauce
1/2 cup sour cream, optional
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Add-ins / substitutions: cooked ground turkey, Italian sausage or ground beef, chopped peppers, fresh spinach, seasonings to taste.
