REACH Columbus, Inc. is intended to be a post-secondary option for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our participants are high school graduates in need of additional support and coaching so that they can contribute to our community in a meaningful and relevant way.

Inspire Case Management Inc will be dedicated to being an advocate and fundamental resource to creating the most independent life for the individual we serve.

Indiana Professional Management Group (IPMG) provides person-centered case management and care management services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or medical needs, and wraparound facilitation services to children with emotional and/or behavioral challenges. We are a certified provider for the Indiana Medicaid Waiver Program, and serve individuals who receive the Family Supports Waiver, Community Integration and Habilitation Waiver, Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver, Aged and Disabled Waiver, and Indiana's Wraparound Program

In 1988, CareStar was founded with the purpose to honor God by serving and supporting our clients. This purpose, paired with our mission, “Improving Communities by Improving Lives,” allows us to help chronically disabled individuals in need and contribute to the well-being of our communities.

We believe in the uniqueness, worth, and right to self-determination of every individual. Therefore, it is our mission, in partnership with the community, to prepare, empower, and support people with developmental disabilities and their families to participate fully in the life of the community.

The mission of Assisted Independence is for the individuals we support to live active and healthy lives at their homes and in their communities.

Developmental Services, Inc. is a 501-C-3 not-for-profit organization that provides services for adults and children with mental, physical and emotional disabilities.

Inclusive Options, LLC focuses on providing individuals and families access to mental health services and social supports regardless of their label or ability. Our goal is to help "fill the gaps" in the community in regards to mental health services. We strive to provide clients with a variety of options to grow and thrive in the way that best meets their individual needs.

Stevi Huguenard-Davis founded BluePrint Behavioral Management & Therapeutic Services, LLC on March, 2014. BluePrint began as a Medicaid provider in January 2024. Opening a provider number was motivated by the frustration of low employee pay compared to what the state pays for their services. She has found a better way to run a business, offering the best quality employees at the highest pay.

NeuroVersity Adult Day Program is strategically designed to serve adults who have exited high school and have special needs. We will be working with the class to increase independent skills in a variety of goals through hands on and interactive learning experiences.
