My Goals:
Looking at all City Schools Policies through an equity lens
Ensuring constant communication with ALL City Schools Students
Improving student mental health resources
Helping students in ASCBC improve leadership skills and develop their SGAs
Strengthening the relationship between ASCBC and MASC and getting more Baltimore City Students involved in MASC Events
Student-informed school safety measures
Improving college and career prep in City Schools
Stopping school closures
My plans to achieve those goals:
Hosting General assemblies for leadership development, networking, and issues debate
Attending every MASC conference and connecting with MASC members
Continuing to consistently do policy review for Board Policies
Working with ASCBC's legislative director to review schoolwide, local, and statewide laws that may affect City School's Students
Delivering public comment at EVERY school board meeting
Hosting open meetings with City Schools students and regular town halls
