A strategic plan is a school division’s roadmap for the future. It provides direction by identifying clear goals, setting priorities, and outlining how the division will use its resources to achieve those goals. Most importantly, it ensures that decisions, planning, and progress are aligned with the needs and values of the community. This iteration represents a reset, not a rebuild. The core values, commitments, and priorities that have guided our division remain strong, and this update allows us to refine our focus, incorporate new insights, and ensure our efforts continue to move us forward.
