Graduating students have current grade level “12” : 4/1
Teachers post Q4 marking period grades : 5/3
EOY Senior Validation Training : TBD
AOP counselors email home school counselors list of students who will be transferred back to their home school : 5/12
Exams : 5/9-12
Teachers post exam grades : 5/9-13
Transcript errors corrected : 5/13
Last day for Spring graduates to meet requirements and last day of required attendance/ participation : 5/12 (5/14 for District Saturday School students only)
Teacher grading window closes : 5/13 @5pm
Date to use for Diploma/ Certificate C60/C62 end date : 5/12
Administrator grades review window and request auto grade process : 5/16-18
DCR 117 available to schools : 5/19
Grades are locked for all school level users : 5/18 @5pm
CCR will run auto grade and post grades to transcripts and update graduation status : 5/18-24
ITD post grades to Report Card :TBD
Schools will update Graduation and Promotion Status
Deadline for historical grade change form for Spring graduates : 5/25 at noon
Deadline to certify C60. High school principals must sign the graduation credit validation and attestation form in eForms : 5/26
