Mrs. Foley believes all children can learn. She has spent her entire teaching career in Baltimore City Schools inspiring students to love reading.

As an educator, my passion is to create a lifelong love of learning in my students, by providing a safe and welcoming environment and promoting pro-social behavior and mental well-being. My job is to teach students how to appreciate life moment to moment, by embracing the challenges and celebrating the successes! I will strive every day to be the best teacher I can be; my growth as an educator fosters theirs and this synergy continues to motivate me to improve.

I believe that education is the passport to the future and every student can succeed if given the tools to learn. It is my passion to guide every child through their educational journeys by promoting a safe and welcoming classroom to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
