On behalf of the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Association executive board and IAFF 6^th DVP Mike Carter, we are pleased to formally announce the Biennial Western Educational and Training Conference is now open for registration and hotel booking. The Western Educational & Training Conference, February 10-13, 2020 is held in beautiful Victoria, BC at the Fairmont Empress Hotel and Victoria Conference Centre.

Our panel of expert speakers from across Canada and IAFF will deliver relevant material important to your union officers and occupational health & safety advocates. We are confident the material presented will assist both new and current leaders of your association in being prepared in all aspects of labour representation and occupational health and safety. We are extremely thankful to IAFF General President Harold Schaitberger and General Secretary Treasurer Ed Kelly for the support we receive from the IAFF to host this conference.

We encourage all affiliates to invite their administration and/or OH&S managers to the Health & Safety sessions on February 10 & 11.
