    • 1.1: Submission of proposals: Proposed amendments to the Constitution or Bylaws must be submitted in writing to the Society’s office, at least 60 days prior to the next Annual General Meeting by a Director; or a Member Local; or an Affiliate Member
      
      

    • Part 1.3: Notification of members: The Society will notify all Member Locals and Affiliate Members of any proposed amendment at least 30 days prior to the next Annual General Meeting.
