Burn Fund 44th Annual General Meeting
Pursuant to the Burn Fund Constitution and By-Laws, Section 7.3 Notice of General Meeting, we are officially notifying all members of the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, June 14th at 4:00 PST.
The AGM will be a hybrid session with an opportunity to attend in person and via Zoom. The in-person meeting will be held at the Burn Fund Centre in Vancouver.

In preparation for the meeting, all voting members are to please note the following deadline:
As notified in March 2022, and as per section 8.1, proposed amendments to the Burn Fund’s constitution and bylaws were due by April 14th, 2022. Please note that no proposed amendments were received.
