What we need:

Firefighters: Come in with no experience.  We provide free national level training that can lead to a great career.

Medical Personnel: Not ready to run into a burning building? Your community still needs you.  We also provide free medical training.

Drivers / Engineers:  Have a CDL?  You're halfway there.  We need people to get the rigs on scene safely, and can pump the apparatus.
