Participation Fees
All registration fees include the access to the sessions, conference material, and coffee breaks, as well as a welcome cocktail on Feb. 5, and lunches from Feb. 6-8, 2023.
* For Undergraduate, Master, and PhD students status accreditation will be required. Please send a letter from your supervisor confirming your student status to dsabns2023@bcamath.org
Payment of registration fee should be processed via bank transfer. After filling in the registration form, you will receive an email with the bank account detailes which you should use for the transfer.
The pro-forma invoice will be handled by the conference secretariat, as soon as the proof of payment is sent to dsabns2023@bcamath.org

Please choose your fee category and comply with its deadline for payment. All fees are in Euros (€), free of VAT, according to Spanish legislation (Article 20 of the Spanish VAT legislation). Payment must be done by bank transfer. Please note that we must receive the total value free of bank charges. i.e. "free of charge".
Cancellation Policy: To request for registration cancellations and refunds, please send an email to dsabns2023@bcamath.org

Requests for registration cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to the Conference Organizers (dsabsn2023@bcamath.org) not later than January 15, 2023. No refund requests will be granted after that date. An administrative €50 fee will be deducted from all registration refunds.
