Duties of the Finance Administrative Assistant:
- Overseeing and managing the shared Finance mailbox
- Handling support queries including refunds
- Maintaining the accounting system and running reports
- Perform credit card recs
- Raising client invoices and credit notes
- Monitoring outstanding client balances and follow up on overdue payments, issues or delays
- Conduct daily ticket recs to ensure all invoices are accurate
- Log invoices
-Assist with any general admin tasks
Requirements for the Finance Administrative Assistant:
- Similar experience required
- Excellent customer service experience

Heckfield Estates is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join its Farm team, to assist in the day-to-day operation of the Farm. Our ideal candidate will have experience in mixed livestock farming and will be passionate about animals and their welfare. They will also be willing to learn and uphold our organic approach and will be able to maintain strong hygiene and health & safety practices.
We are looking for an experienced mixed livestock farm worker, not necessarily from an organic background, but a willingness to adapt and learn is essential and having tickets and a good mechanical knowledge will be an advantage. We now seek highly motivated Animal Welfare Assistant staff to deliver the highest welfare standard to pets in our care.
The ideal candidate would have a friendly, mature and professional attitude, be reliable and be able to demonstrate the following:
Ability to work as part of a team.
IT literate, ideally with experience of using kennel management software.
Experience working with Cats and Dogs of all breeds and temperaments is essential.
Experience working with reptiles, rodents and birds is preferred, but not essential.
Must be willing to be rabies vaccinated.
A minimum level 3 animal care qualification or similar is preferable, but not essential.
Excellent customer service.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Fine attention to detail whilst working under pressure.
Self-motivated.
Happy to work outside in all weathers.
Flexible to meet business needs.
The role is full time at 35 hours per week with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break each day.
The shift pattern is 2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off and so on. Core hours of 8.30am – 6.15pm. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend.
Candidates must be available to work 365 days a year including weekends, public and school holidays. Holiday allowance is 20 days per year. Overtime and/or days-in-lieu available.
