Work, Identity, and Meaning Research Group

About the Work, Identity, and Meaning (WIM) Research Group

Hosted by Boston College, this research group welcomes presentations of research on work, identity, and meaning at all stages. From early-stage ideas to nearly-finished manuscripts, WIM offers opportunities for management researchers to share their work with scholars throughout the Boston area-and the world! Research presentations are highly interactive and constructive. Also, various methodological and ontological perspectives are welcome. We invite you to reach out if you are interested in attending or presenting your work!
