Prior to the construction, a comprehensive site assessment was conducted to evaluate and understand the local environment, including its topography, hydrology, climate, and vegetation. One of the highlights of this sustainable site is its ample open space, making up to 31% of the total project square footage. Among different types of open spaces, vegetated space contributes the most (20%) and brings numerous environmental and social benefits to the project.
