I am an Assistant Professor at East China Normal University, Faculty of Education. Previously, I was a Senior Research Specialist at TIMSS & PIRLS International Study Center, Boston College.

I am interested in educational assessments, test taking behaviors, quantitative research methods, college admissions, and the identification and education of gifted students.
