The AHANA Male Leadership Program provides support for all AHANA students by strengthening their academic & leadership skills, personal & professional development and nurtures character enrichment. The AMLP Council consisting of two co-directors and five council members will lead meetings, plan and coordinate activities and events, including community service/volunteering activities. All council members will work with the BAIC Staff to plan and execute the Men of Color Conference and the AHANA Men Retreat.
To provide AHANA men opportunities to develop intellectually and spiritually in the Ignatian Pedagogy of forming the holistic person
To develop and utilize leadership, communication and networking skills that engages and prepares AHANA men to emerge into tomorrow's men of competence, excellence, compassion, and social justice leaders.
