For over 25 years, BBCS Group has proudly served the construction, safety, industrial, and rental markets across all six New England states. Our team brings extensive experience from previous roles with The Ridge Tool Company, Porter Cable, and The Milwaukee Electric Tool Company.

Our dedicated representatives—Karl Bertelmann, Ted Bertram, and Chris Hock—cover the entire New England region. Our office and warehouse in Lowell, Massachusetts, spans 2,000 square feet and features two offices, a conference room, and ample space for product training, displays, and storage. This facility is managed by our Sales Coordinator, Hope Fennell, who has over 20 years of experience with BBCS Group and an impressive sales background.

Equipped with full-size pickup trucks, Karl, Chris, and Ted efficiently transport demonstration products to end-user calls and distributor shows. Additionally, our agency operates two exclusive vehicles for on-site fall protection demonstrations and training at construction jobsites and industrial facilities.

Approximately 85% of our time is dedicated to commercial construction jobsites, municipal sites, and manufacturing facilities, where we educate end-users on the advantages of our represented products. Each year, we attend numerous trade shows within New England, as well as prominent events outside the region, such as STAFDA, the World of Concrete, and the National Safety Show.

We actively conduct training and awareness seminars for organizations like the Associated General Contractors, Associated Building Contractors, and the OSHA Roundtable. As proud members of STAFDA, NIRA, and SEMMA, we maintain strong partnerships with major buying groups, including Evergreen, Sphere1, and AD in New England.
