So many of us don't know who is a barista and what his work.

A Barista is a professional who makes and serves beverages such as coffee, tea and specialty beverages. They are responsible for taking customer orders and payments. They also clean and sanitize their work areas, seating areas and equipment/tools.

I am currently working at NORTHEND COFFEE ROASTERS LTD. as full time employee about 17 months. I love doing this job not just because it’s a well-known coffee shop in Bangladesh. But also, here you can learn so many things. You can meet new people every single day, you can create connection and great relationship with customers. Even some customers will be your best friend. The most important thing I am still learning is how to deal with different types of people. In cafes so many things happen every day, someone's joy and someone come here will great sorrow, we the barista have to deal with this things everyday and managing it gives me a life.

Life lesson is how to be punctual and discipline. As a barista its taught me much more flexible and grate way to deal tough decision. I feel I am growing as responsible as before.
