Our Athletic Trainer has provided a complete Summer Strength & Conditioning routine for all players. This program is designed to help every athlete arrive in August prepared, confident, and physically ready to compete.
Players are expected to build both endurance and total‑body strength throughout the summer. Consistent training now ensures safer, more effective performance once the season begins.
Please review the program below and incorporate it into your weekly routine. Commitment in June, July, and August leads directly to success in the fall.
Everyone will do the SAQ tab. then they will pick one of the other 3 tabs to do
A. Bodyweight... for those without access to a gym or free weights
B. Free weights
C. Weight machines
