Welcome to the master list! While we do not currently operate a taproom, this page contains brews that we've curated especially to bring to you. If you see our name on a vendor list, we are probably fermenting something unique and bringing at least one of our past favorites. Feel free to contact us if you have requests.

"THAI ME UP" Milkshake IPA 5.5% ABV

Refreshing, sweet, & lightly bittered with glacier & boadicea hops, Spiced with notes of black tea, clove, cardamom, and star anise

Type: Milkshake IPA

NEIPA with lactose, giving it a sweeter creamy feel, and softening the iconic bitterness of an IPA. Milkshake IPAS are often flavorful, light, and hazy in color.

"GRAPEFRUIT MOGGED" American Style Wheat 4% ABV

Crushable Red Grapefruit Mimosa Fruit-forward Summer beer. GENEROUS portions of grapefruit aged on tequila barrel chips. Bittered with Citra & Mosaic hops.

Type: American Style Wheat

A crisp and refreshing beer that typically highlights grain flavors. It has malted wheat with low bitterness, but still has a prominent hop profile.

"MURDER HORNET" Hot Honey Brown Ale 6% ABV

English-style brown ale flavored with organic raw honey and aged with chili peppers and Madagascar vanilla.

Type: Brown Ale

Ales are widely known for their complexity. The brown ale is more malt-forward with decadent flavor notes. It's moderately bitter with noticeable hop flavor. The English Brown Ale is dryer, allowing complex flavors to come through. Compared to your average Lager it is darker, sweeter, and richer in taste.

"SILVER LINING" Orange Chamomile Wit 6% ABV

Belgian Witbier brewed with orange zest and organic chamomile. Fruity & smooth with spice flavors and low bitterness.

Type: Belgian Witbier

A flavorful wheat beer. Emphasizes grainy, earthy taste and balancing it with sour & spice.

"SWEET WILLIAM" Lemon Lavender Kölsch 5% ABV

Kölsch-style beer brewed with locally grown organic lavender and lemon zest.

Type: Kölsch

A light & refreshing German style beer. It's clear and dry - a hybrid of an Ale & a Lager. Under EU law, only breweries in the Cologne region can legally call their beer “Kölsch”!
