Class overview
Students will engage in hands on labs through a universal design of learning covering life, earth and physical science. Students will have access to virtual labs through the Savvas Experience Science electronic textbook and workbook. Students will also complete assignments on IXL, Newsela, Gizmos and Wayground.To stay connected check this website and Google Classroom daily and join the remind App for class photos.

About me
I am currently working towards my 16th year at Bay Head School, teaching middle school science with a Masters of Science in Education with a TSD endorsement. I have a passion for learning and teaching students to question what happens, all the while incorporating the design process into their everyday thinking. We will be researching, designing and testing ideas, measuring data, and coding. All these tools will enhance their ability to state scientific claims with evidence and reasoning.
