For parents and students who need help accessing their Skyward accounts, please follow these steps.

1. Go to the district Skyward login page.

2. Be sure that “Family/Student Access” is selected from the Login Area drop-down menu at the bottom of the sign-in page.

3. Click the “Forgot your Login/Password?” link to request a password re-set link.

If you still can’t access your Skyward account after going through the steps outlined above, please contact the office staff at your child’s school for assistance. The contact information for all of our schools can be found at www.battlegroundps.org/school-directory.

Basic Tips

If chromebooks are acting up or lagging (basically the first attempt to troubleshoot):

• Power completely off (shutdown instead of just sign out). After 30 + seconds, power it back on.

• Check your Chromebook version-

Google Classroom Summaries

Parents can receive an email summary of their child’s activities and assignments in Google Classroom.

If your email address is correct in Skyward (check with your school if not) then you should have received an invitation to Google Classroom. By accepting this invitation, you will have access to summaries of what your student(s) are doing in class on a daily or weekly basis. You do not need a Google account of your own to get these updates. However, if you are not signed up with a Gmail account, you will only have access to a weekly summary.
