I know that this situation is stressful for everyone; many of you may be feeling anxiety as well. It's normal to worry about the future because it's unknown, and we have to learn to adapt to new and changing situations. Please talk to your parents about how you're feeling, and be sure to include any positives that you have. Give yourself credit for your efforts to weather this storm.

If you feel that you would like to speak to the school counselor, Mrs. McCann, she has set up a Google Form here that you may use to let her know. Please use her as a resource. Also, please feel free to email me with any questions that you might have about academics, or if you just want to talk.

We're going to get through this and be okay. Normal life after may look different than it did before, but that doesn't mean that it has to be worse. You will be stronger and better-prepared to deal with adversity as you grow older.
