Steps to prepare kit for the exchange:
1. Check your pieces with the inventory page.
2. Wipe the outside of the kit with a disinfectant.
3. Place kit and bag of bricks into the large Ziplock bag.
4. Write your student’s name on a large sheet of paper.

6. Bring to school Nov 2-6

Hello Lego Lab Families!
Our first lesson will be available, on SeeSaw, at 8:00 tomorrow. Since we won´t be using Zoom at this time the lesson can be completed at any time, within the next week. This first lesson is pretty simple, and the lessons will be more in depth as we move along. Our goal for this first lesson is for students to not only understand how to care for their kit, but also to become familiar with using SeeSaw. We will be asking the students to demonstrate their learning through SeeSaw each week. For this week, students who haven´t been able to pick up kits yet should be fine using some Lego from home, or can wait to complete the lesson until they have a kit.
To log onto SeeSaw:
1. go to https://web.seesaw.me/
2. Click the Log In button
3. Select I am a Student
4. Click on the Google Login button
Please feel free to email with any questions or concerns. We look forward to working with you all!

Hello Families-
I hope this message finds you all well! We miss seeing all of you in class!
Our goal for Lego Lab, during this time, is to provide your family with the learning that would have taken place during class, and encourage your family to be creative in building the type of simple machine we are studying. We understand that families have differing Lego pieces at home, and assigning a specific build would be nearly impossible, so students should use whatever they have on hand to create their simple machines. All the better if they are made from Legos!
Each week we will send you a Google Slide or video with the learning for the week, and examples of materials that could be used. These activities are optional, should be fun, and not meant to bring stress!
This weeks topic: Belt Pulley
