1. Brief description and aims of module:
This is an open module that will appeal to those particularly interested in Education studies, geography and sociology. The unit explores the case-study of Catalonia, drawing from its innovative and world-leading education language policy; issues of identity and social cohesion; and the negotiation of political and ideological space in the independence movement, in order to gather insight related to Education, Space and Society. Placements will adhere to the university Work Placement Policy
