VARSITY HEAD COACH: GEOFF CARTER

Coach Carter begins his 15th year as a World History teacher and 16th season as the head coach of Batavia. After his playing career at Miami University Hamilton, Coach Carter graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2010. With a record of 222-110 at Batavia, Coach Carter has been a part of 14 winning seasons, 7 league championships, and two Sectional championships. His teams in 2017, 2022, and 2024 set the school record for wins in a season, going 23-6, 23-6, and 23-5. He has had 17 players move on to play at the collegiate level during his career.
VARSITY ASSISTANT/PITCHING COACH: BRANDON HUBER
Coach Huber returns for his 5th season as the Varsity Assistant, Pitching Coordinator, and 1st Base coach. Having pitched at the collegiate level at UC Clermont, Coach Huber brings an aggressive approach to pitch calling and execution. During his four seasons, Coach Huber's pitchers have set school records in lowest batting average against in a season, along with two of the lowest individual ERA's in a season.
JUNIOR VARSITY HEAD COACH: DAULTON CARSON
Coach Carson returns for his second season at the JV level, becoming the JV head coach this year. Coach Carson values skills-based instruction, and brings valuable coaching experience as a very successful summer baseball coach in the community.
JUNIOR VARSITY ASSISTANT COACH: ZACH BLUME
Coach Blume joins the Batavia staff this season as a JV assistant coach. Coach brings his experience from running the Batavia Baseball Club summer baseball program and will undoubtedly provide instructional success for our young players.
