Case Search

Use Bastrop County’s official public portal to look up your criminal case.

1. Choose the records. Leave the location set to All Courts and select Criminal Case Records.

2. Choose how to search. Under Search By, choose Defendant. Enter your last name and first name. Add your date of birth to narrow the results. If you know your case number, choose Case instead.

3. Search. Leave Case Status set to All for a broader search, then select Search.

4. Review your case. Review matching results carefully and open your case for the available information.

Can’t find your case? Check spelling, remove unnecessary filters, or contact the court clerk. Online records may be incomplete or inaccurate. Confirm court dates and requirements with your attorney or the court.
