3x3 Registration

3x3 OVERVIEW

The league will run on Thursday's from 5-7pm for a total of 5 weeks starting on Thursdays, May 23rd.

WE WILL BE HOSTING A FREE 3X3 CLINIC THURSDAY, MAY 16TH FROM 5-730PM FOR ALL TO ATTEND!!!!!!

•  DEADLINE TO REGISTER BY: THURSDAY MAY 16TH

•  FREE AGENTS: Please email me if your interested in playing BBBL@BASKETBALLMANITOBA.CA

• LEAGUE SIZE: The new junior BBBL SPRING/SUMMER) 3x3 league will involve up to 8 TEAMS.

• TEAM SIZE: Teams will consist of 3 rostered players plus 1 sub

• ELIGIBILITY: Open to MALES who are currently /ages 12-17 

• LEAGUE FORMAT: 

  • • All games will be played on THURSDAY evenings from 5-7pm at U of W Rec Plex.

    •  Please arrive 15 minutes before game times. Games will start on time!

    • Teams will play two back to back games through (weeks 1-4) and will be guaranteed two playoff games during week 5. TOTAL 10 games!!!!

    • Defaults: Teams who default 1 game will be removed from the league. 

    • Please only register if your team is going to commit to playing all 5 weeks.

    • A 3x3 half-court format will be used with 2 games operating at a time. 

    • Games will run for 20 minutes running time OR to 21 points (whichever occurs first).  

    • Games will follow the current FIBA 3x3 Rule System as used at the Olympic level.  View the league rules HERE.
