How do I add other estimators?

You just need to click on the chat bubble in lower right hand corner and request we add users.

If we have a shared estimating@ email address what is the best way to get those emails into Basisboard?

We recommend either converting the shared folder into an individual inbox then syncing that email to Basisboard. You can also just create an auto forwarding rule where every email sent to estimating@/bids@ is forwarded to bids@basisboard.com sometimes your admin will need to enable permissions to auto forward outside of your company domain.

Can I add users from my company to just have read only access instead of edit access?

Yes we can add on read only users to get access but not update stages or edit bid amounts. You can also share your list online (with no login needed) or sync up your bid calendar into Outlook.

Can I export my data from Basisboard List?

Yes! Anytime you want there is an export button. Whatever is visible in the list view can be exported into CSV

Can I add custom Fields (Columns)?

Yes, you are able to add custom fields in your settings (Pick lists, choice, text, date, multi select, and more!)

If a customer calls me on the phone can I manually add in a project?

Yes in the list view, board view or calendar view just click the + Add Project button and type in the name, and customer who invited you.

Can I import my contacts or companies from my CRM or Spreadsheet?

Yes, If you have your data in structured format we should be able to get them imported.
