I know that so many of you have a bunch of different feelings about what is happening in the world right now! Some may be feeling nervous, anxious, fearful, sad, mad, or upset. Others may be feeling relaxed, calm, and happy. With whatever emotions you are feeling right now it is important to remember to stay cool, calm, and collected!
